Our commitment to you is to communicate better than the rest. These are some frequently asked questions, and our honest answers.

Do you charge by the hour, or flat-rate?

We do “up-front” pricing. Following a full-home inspection, you’ll receive a list of various options for the plumbing needs in your home. We’ll look at what you called us out for, as well as take a look at the whole plumbing system. Following that inspection, we’ll talk through what we’re seeing, and make recommendations in a sort of “good”, “better”, and “best” format. Each option will include a cost for the work, and we’ll honor that cost for up to 1 year following the inspection.

What is your warranty commitment? Do you guarantee your work?

We guarantee our work for 1 year, unless otherwise stated during the inspection and installation process. We’ll also talk you through the manufacturer warranties for the products we install where applicable.

What is your process when arriving at a home?

We’ll greet you with a smile on our face and floor savers on our feet! We’ll introduce ourselves, clarify the point of your call, and talk through what we’ll be doing with respect to your specific plumbing needs. While there, we’ll also notify you that as your home’s lifeline, our goal is to help optimize the overall health of your home’s plumbing, and we may make recommendations for other plumbing needs to be considered either day-of, or sometime down the road. This is at no extra charge, and is our way of helping you understand where your home’s plumbing health is, and what may be needed to maintain, or improve it.

How do you navigate on-site cleanliness in the home?

We understand how sacred this space is to you and your family, and we strive for cleanliness perfection. We have high standards with respect to cleanliness in your home, and hold our team accountable on this point. We clean up as we go, and don’t consider the job complete until we’ve wiped things down and left it better than we found it.

Do you offer membership plans?

We do! Our Pulse Lifeline Plan comes with discounts, scheduled annual maintenance, and priority scheduling when things come up. As your home’s lifeline, this is how we stay up to date on any needs that may arise. Inquire with your technician for more details!

Do you offer financing?

We do! We’ll be sure to go over this while discussing plumbing and payment options with you while in the home.
